Congratulations to Aiden Callahan and Hayden Thorton for being chosen as Stevens Raiders “Athlete of the Week!” Here are their nominations:
Aiden Callahan (Wrestling) Record: 27-5. SD rank #2. 138 Aiden has really shown his leadership and competing at a high level this season. He started Jan off with a 3rd place finish at the Rumble on the Red varsity meet. This was our toughest competition of the season. He followed that up this weekend by winning the Mitchell Invite by defeating the #3 and #1 ranked wrestlers at 138lbs.
Hayden Thorton (Basketball): Hayden had 11 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals vs Sturgis on Saturday to help lead us to a 60-33 win. She was 3 for 3 from the 3-point line and she has been a great addition to our team this season.
