Senior girls’ tennis player, Peyton Ogle, achieved something very few athletes have accomplished during their high school careers. Ogle was able to amass 100 career wins this season, “This made me recognize the change and accomplishments which have happened over the past four years”.
Ogle has played tennis for 7 years, “I think my greatest accomplishment is being ranked as one of the top 3 tennis players of the state for the past four years”. She has made a big impact on the Raider tennis program including being a member previous 2-time state champion teams.
With those titles came a great deal of pressure, but Ogle was able to handle it with her positive attitude, “I’m happy to be a part of an amazing team who always cheered me on”. And the raiders finished out the year as the state runner up.
Ogle plans to attend college after high school and become a dermatology surgeon. She says, “I will miss my doubles partner the most” and bus rides during travel weekends.
