Congratulations to Nina Roberts and Will Tschetter for being chosen as Stevens Raiders “Performers of the Week”! Here are their nominations:
Nina Roberts (Band): Nina has fulfilled the role of Assistant Drum Major with amazing positivity and dedication. Her goal for the season was to help build the sense of community in our band, and to show each and every student that they have a place with us, and we are happy to have them. During the last couple of challenging weeks, it was brought to the director’s attention that people noticed Nina taking time with nervous students to reassure them, calm them down, and give them a needed hug when necessary. Nina Roberts is a shining light in everything she does.
Will Tschetter (Band): Will has been the leader of our marching percussion and the fall drumline. He has led these groups with maturity and positivity and represented the department and school at multiple community events. The face that Will provides as a leader of our students shows the community how amazing he, and our student body, is.
