Congratulations to Maddy Marsh, Avery Kraus, and Trent Policky for being chosen as Stevens Raiders “Athletes of the Week”! Here are their nominations:
Avery Kraus (Volleyball): Avery had 18 kills and 9 blocks in the last two matches. She is a leader both on and off the court and an invaluable asset to our program.
Maddy Marsh (Tennis): Maddy went undefeated over the weekend while winning Flight 4 singles and Flight 3 Doubles at the RC Invite. She is 12-0 in singles and 12-0 in doubles this season so far.
Trent Policky (Soccer): In last week’s crucial games against Pierre and Aberdeen, Trent was our most productive and aggressive shot taker. He led the team with eleven shots in two games. In our 2-0 win over Aberdeen, Trent scored a goal and had an assist on our other goal. Additionally, he is a high-energy force in the middle of the field where he consistently disrupts the attacks of our opponents while at the same time playing a large role in putting our team in situations to score. Trent’s passion for our sport and our team is a huge asset.
