Congratulations to Lauren Knapp and Otto Red Bear for being chosen as Stevens Raiders “Athletes of the Week”! Here are their nominations:
Otto Red Bear (Track & Field): Last week at the Lakota Nation Invitational Track & Field meet, Otto placed 2nd in the 100m dash with a time of 11.60 which is a new personal record, 1st in the 200m dash with a time of 23.32 which is a new personal record and 2nd in the 400m dash with a time of 53.96.
Lauren Knapp (Golf): Lauren again led the Raiders in Mitchell on Friday, and in Sioux Falls on Monday. She placed 8th in Mitchell out of 79 golfers and placed 3rd in Sioux Falls out of 43 golfers. She has led the Raiders in every varsity tournament this season.
