Congratulations to Opal Nelson and Tobin Porisch for being chosen as Stevens Raiders “Performers of the Week!” Here are their nominations:
Opal Nelson (Choir): Opal shows a real dedication for choir. She travels from Central to Stevens each day without a lunch break to attend Concert Choir. She is a four-year choir student and is willing to help during sectionals. She also helped with recording our last Thursdays Winter Holiday Concert Program.
Tobin Porisch (Choir): Tobin is a member of both Concert Choir and select group called Singers. He was selected and represented Stevens as a member of SD All State Chorus. Tobin is a leader in the bass section and is always willing to help in any way needed. He has also been featured as a percussionist in our Winter Holiday Concert.
