Student of the Week October 22
In Culinary Arts , Mrs. Richter’s class talked about and watched a video clip about Ramen – how popular it is in Japan and how the food craze has come to Rapid City via the winner of the 8th Food Network star winner opening a Ramen restaurant downtown. They researched recipes and are planning to make a ramen dish in class. After talking about it in class Ezra Mollman went to the restaurant, Bokujo, that night and talked to the owner. He mentioned what they were doing in class and the owner/food network star offered to come to Mrs. Richeter’s class to speak, or have students come to the restaurant. Ezra sent Mrs. Richter all the contact information to connect with the owner, Justin Warner.
