Freshmen dressed up for Homecoming’s class color day.

“This year is enjoyable, fun, and exciting.” said freshman Gavin Hunter. These are some words to describe the class of 2027’s first impressions of the year.  Hunter, along with Shaylee Cowie, and Creed Tennyson appreciate the freedom, new faces, and better food at Stevens High School compared to their middle school experiences.

Cowie and Hunter enjoy team activities, led by Mrs. Beyer, because of the fun games and friends that they have made during that period. In one class, freshman seminar, the freshman are learning about their pathway options, and are already planning their futures. Cowie plans to join the health services pathway and plans to be an anesthesiologist thus far. Hunter also plans to go on that path, to be a sports therapist.

The freshman are getting involved in cheerleading, baseball, basketball, and by attending activities hosted by the school. The class of 2027 is living their year to fullest and taking in all the new sights and fun at Stevens High School!
