Congratulations to the Stevens Raider Marching Band Percussion Section for being chosen as Stevens Raiders Fine Arts “Student of The Week!” Here is their nomination:
Stevens Raider Marching Band Percussion Section: This group has gone above and beyond the entire marching season. On top of doing everything the rest of the band does, they also perform at events throughout the community giving an amazing representation of what students are like at Stevens High School. In addition, the percussion section was awarded the Outstanding Percussion at the Bennington Invitational in the Omaha area on October 11th. This is a huge accomplishment as they earned this by scoring better than all percussion sections, no matter class size, at the competition. Can’t say enough about this amazing group, and how much they deserve recognition.
