Congratulations to Bella Morteo and Emmet Ohrtman for being chosen as Stevens Raiders “Athlete of the Week!” Here are their nominations:
Bella Morteo (Wrestling): Bella is in her 4th season for the Raiders. She has started her junior campaign off nearly perfect compiling an 8-1 record. Bella was champion week 1 and finished 3rd place 170 RC Invite during week 2. She suffered her 1st loss on the season in semi-final during the RC Invite. Bella came back and placed 3rd.
Emmet Ohrtman (Wrestling): Emmet has started his freshman year off strong. He has an 8-2 record on the season. Emmet finished the RC Invite as the champion of 126lb JV bracket.
